2. Product mission

VocaPass helps learners build durable vocabulary memory by connecting each word with pronunciation, meaning, sentence usage, visual context, and repeated review. The product keeps the learning surface narrow so learners spend time on vocabulary instead of switching between unrelated drills.

3. Product website

The public VocaPass product website is vocapass.app. The temporary staging or test deployment may use other domains only for pre-production QA.

4. Learning approach

The active study flow centers on word recitation and sentence recitation. Each learning turn can combine the vocabulary word, IPA or phonetic support, selected-language explanation, approved sentence content, static audio, and static imagery so the learner sees usage context while practicing recall.

5. Supported vocabulary sets

VocaPass is designed for production vocabulary sets including TOEFL, SSAT levels, GRE, IELTS, CET-4, CET-6, Daily Use, Japanese N1-N4, and Chinese HSK 1-6/7-9. Production access for a vocabulary set depends on approved source, sentence, explanation, audio, image, and workload coverage.

6. Account and progress model

Accounts allow learners to keep plan terms, display-language preferences, daily progress, review history, access state, billing entitlement, and final-exam eligibility synchronized through the VocaPass server.

7. Display-language support

The interface is designed for learners from multiple language backgrounds. Enabled display languages must use approved UI localization and approved per-word learning explanations instead of silent machine-translation fallbacks.

8. Paid access and refunds

Web purchases use a one-year, non-renewing digital-access model unless checkout states otherwise. Customers may request a refund within 7 calendar days after paid access starts, as described in the Refund Policy.

9. Safety and content boundaries

VocaPass Phase 1 is limited to vocabulary learning, review, trial access, paid access, and related support. Non-vocabulary study workflows and adult private conversation are outside the Phase 1 learning surface.
